  • One-to-one (1:1) sessions

  • Group sessions

  • Courses and programmes

  • Workshops and events

All services are designed to offer grounded presence and a structured space for personal reflection and growth.

These services are not therapy, counselling, psychology, psychiatry, or any regulated mental health service. John Arrell is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical professional.

Services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and outcomes. Healing For Good Ltd does not take responsibility for decisions you make as a result of engaging with our services. All services require your active participation and willingness to engage honestly.

4. Service Format

Services are delivered in the format described at the time of purchase or booking. This may include:

  • Online video calls (individual or group)

  • Pre-recorded content (courses or programmes)

  • Live online workshops or events

  • In-person sessions or events (where applicable)

Where sessions are conducted via video call, they may be digitally transcribed and the transcript sent to you via email. By booking a session, you consent to this transcription where applicable.

5. Payment

Pricing for all services is displayed transparently at the point of purchase. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe on behalf of Healing For Good Ltd.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for full details. All sales are final. No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Sessions may be rescheduled in accordance with our rescheduling policy.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in sessions or group settings is treated with respect and discretion. Healing For Good Ltd will not share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

In group settings, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding what is shared by others in the group.

8. Transcription & Data

Where applicable, sessions may be digitally transcribed for your benefit. Transcripts are sent to you via email and stored securely. Anonymised transcripts may be used by Healing For Good Ltd for internal research, service improvement, and future development purposes. All identifying information is removed before any such use. Your personal information will never be attributable to you in this process.

If you do not wish your anonymised transcript to be used for these purposes, please notify us at john@johnarrell.com and we will honour your request.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting john@johnarrell.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by Healing For Good Ltd, including course materials, recordings, written content, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Healing For Good Ltd. This content may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the liability of Healing For Good Ltd is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Healing For Good Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services or this website.

11. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Services are provided by Healing For Good Ltd (NZBN: 9429051795740), a company registered in New Zealand, trading as John Arrell.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

We encourage you to read all service descriptions carefully and contact john@johnarrell.com with any questions before booking.

1:1 Sessions

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled session time.

To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact john@johnarrell.com.

Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session time will not be accepted and the session fee will be forfeited.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without rescheduling in advance, the session fee will be forfeited. No credit or transfer will be offered.

Group Sessions & Workshops

All sales are final for group sessions, workshops, and events. No refunds or transfers are offered.

If you are unable to attend, your place cannot be transferred to another person without prior written agreement from Healing For Good Ltd.

Courses & Programmes

All sales are final for courses and programmes. No refunds are offered once purchase is complete, including for partially completed courses or unused content.

Healing For Good Ltd Cancellations

In the rare event that a service is cancelled by Healing For Good Ltd, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • The option to reschedule or transfer to another service at no extra cost

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
